Prizes will be awarded to the three Dragons that safely arrive at Cartmel and have travelled (in accordance with the rules) the furthest distance.
- 1st. A £20 voucher
- 2nd. A £10 voucher
- 3rd. A £5 voucher
In addition and in recognition of the part played by all geocachers in any TB race, two prizes will be awarded to the geocaching teams that help most in the transport of the Dragons.
The first, a £10 voucher, will be awarded to the team that moves the greatest number of different Dragons in accordance with the following rules:
- The move must be a valid one as per the race rules.
- The move must be between two different caches (i.e. ‘Discovered’ or ‘Picking up’ and ‘Dropping off’ in the same cache will not be counted).
- The move must be completed in less than 22 days.
In the event of a tie the winner will be the one that has taken the least number of days in the moves.
The second, also a £10 voucher, will be awarded to the team that transports any number of Dragons over the greatest distance – again all moves must be in accordance with the race rules.
In addition the above five prize winners will also receive a cuddly dragon.
